Iziance

Iziance is a serial killer with one of the highest kill counts. When he was a child, his parents performed experiments on him and his brother to try and give them powers to become heroes. Fate had other plans in mind as the experiments caused both of them to lose their sense of emotion, only having faint traces left within them. The experiments were a partial success as Iziance was able to gain ice powers, though with his lack of emotion he killed both of his parents and ran from home. At some point after his murder spree, Inversion found the ice user and made him part of his gang. He is decently smart, but often doesn’t really think about his actions.
