A sweaty nervous brothel-owner. Though they have occasional bouts of ambition, neither their intelligence nor their constitution can really support it, and thjey do their best work as a mid-level criminal with someone big and scary to hide behind.

Originally ran the Red Lamp Brothel in Doskvol, where they were embroiled in an affair with one of their workers and supplied their customers with illicit aphrodisiacs bought from a local dealer. In a series of lateral moves, Connie tried to take over both the brothel and the aphrodisiac market in Doskvol with almost no success, first setting up their paramour Slam Kuraya and working with the Blue Coats, then turning to Sister Thorn's revolutionary group. The ground where the aphrodisiac melons were grown burnt out and destroyed after a huge conflict, and their brothel overrun by activists, they ultimately decided the whole business was too much, and skipped town on a train to South Point.

In the years since, they have opened a new brothel in South Point, called Le Lampe Rouge 2, and allied themselves with the Butterfield crime enterprise, becoming a wildly successful capo, happy to thrive under someone else.
