No matter which of the various myths you believe involving the creation of pokemon gijinkas, one thing is very clear: after whatever divine miracle worked by The Six had finished, no new species of pokemon ever developed human forms. Very few species were left behind, and scholars speculate that those who were had been, in some way, "too difficult" to provide a human form for. Among these pokemon was Falinks.

Until recently...

• Part of the experiments by The Big Bad
• Originally Falinks hadn't been slated for gijinkafication due to being six little guys in one pokemon
• However the Big Bads recently decided to attempt it (better tech? just for fun? as part of their larger shadowfication goals??)
• Anyways this guy is six guys crammed into one guy and blended a little. None of them are particularly distinct (though the brass, of course, still manages to have the most influence), and it's sort of. Really horrific actually
• As a result he has extreme paranoia and anxiety (not helped by originally sort of having those traits, too...)
• Since he's an experiment and a new Pokemon gijinka, he originally worked with The Bad Guys, despite not liking them
• However after an encounter with Nero, he decides to escape
• Possibly involved with why the former university was shut down
• Currently living in a condemned apartment instead of with his boyfriend because he doesn't want Nero being chased by The Shadow Government
• Was not originally named Charlie. In fact each of his six little guys had a name! And then the evil guys also probably didn't name him that.
