Ajali and Damu

"A lonely caracal, on a journey with his only friend."

Ajali loves dreams, and can sort of travel through them. Gaining knowledge and help in his daily wanderings. He's independent, quiet, and soft spoken. Ajali's been running from his past for a long time. By now he may have even forgotten why. It haunts him though, and keeps him moving. Perhaps someday he'll find peace. He keeps a journal, and writes and draws in it memories of people he's met and places he's been. His red scarf, DEMU is very important to him. He is capable is speech (telepathic, only to him as far as he knows) movement and force. (he can grap objects and move, mostly on his own) Demu is kind, but chastises the cat a bit like an older brother. All Ajali tells folks who asks about it (him) is that he owes him a debt he cannot repay in one lifetime alone. (Demu denies this, saying what he did was his duty. And that he's proud to have saved the life of a friend.) They are nearly inseparable. Demu even clasps him while he sleeps. The warm arms of a friend who'll never leave you. Damu himself is a bit mysterious, and has odd wires like "veins" in him. What are they for??
