Cicero, despite the odds, was found living in the snowfields while he was a child. There was no clue about his parents nor how he was living all that time until the church had found him but one thing was clear. The child was a fighter. Although he was taken back to the Church and raised there his speech is still rather rough and chopped. Regardless he still appears to have plenty of spirit.
