Boyfriend: DAMIAN - August and Damian have been together since highschool. Though none of August's friends particularly like Damian - and for good reason - he can never bring himself to leave him. Damian is abusive towards August. August can often be seen wearing various scarves and accessories to cover his wounds. Though he is miserable being with Damian, he claims to love him and refuses to leave him, despite his friends' protests.

Bestfriend: NISHI- August and Nishi have been best friends for as long as they can remember. Though Nishi is far more bold and wreckless than August, their bond goes deep, and they would do anything for each other. Though they've had a couple of fallouts here and there, in the end they are always inseparable.

Friends: MALCOLM - Another childhood frined, August has known Malcolm since elementary school. They were good friends as kids before Malcolm moved away in middle school. They reconnected after high school and have been close friends again ever since. Together with Nishi, they make up their own three musketeers.

SHANE - August met Shane in college. Despite Shane's initially off-putting personality, they became friends over a group project and lots of late-night coffee. They aren't extremely close, but they often hang out with the others as a group.

CAZZY - August met Cazzy at a college party their freshman year that Nishi had dragged him to. Caz attempted to flirt with him, and after failing multiple times, instead attempted to get him drunk. Though their beginnings were rocky, the two became friends over time. August doesn't agree with everything Cazzy does, but he still appreciates his friendship and admires his social personality.
