-constantly comes up with ideas for new flavour combinations, likes to use her wives and random customers as test subjects to try these creations (some of them are quite weird but they work, surprisingly! Who knew cheese and chocolate actually go well together??)
-gets very excited about spices, especially if they're ones she hasn't tried before
-can talk about flavour profiles for hours
-has two special pralines themed after each of her wives: one is marbled chocolate filled with hibiscus and toffee, while the other is dark chocolate filled with caramelized violas and black coffee
-if anyone orders these she will, of course, immediately start gushing about Toffee and Viola without exception
-will gladly custom make entirely new chocolates for customers, although they should be prepared to spend several hours in Caramel's shop, filled with a multitude of questions, taste tests, and probably strangers the bbun will invite over to get a second...or third....or fourth opinion
-can usually be found in one of her wives shops during her breaks/downtime, insists that she is in no way distracting them but definitely is (they don't mind though)
