Peter Baxter is a nerdy and humorous individual working a day job as a muckraking journalist. He can be very friendly and his naivety clearly communicates that he is still young and learning.

On a Tuesday night in 1957, he is killed by a stranger on his way home. However, he wakes the next day in his bed, dismissing it as a bad dream. Deja vu begins to creep in as his routine seems a little too repititive, more so than normal. Once again that night, he takes the same way home and is killed again.

His death traps him in a time loop in which he relives the day of his death. He must devise a way to break the loop; either by killing his murderer or finding a way to make it past 7:03 that Tuesday night.

• Peter collects and repairs old clocks, pocketwatches, watches, etc.
• As the time loops progress, Peter's hair grows blonde. This relfects his weaning mortality.
