With a severe countenance and quiet demeanour, Silvio is someone who comes off as extremely intimidating and unapproachable. Despite this, his personality is the exact opposite of his appearance. His quiet nature is due to him being a poor communicator and fearing that he will offend others with his blunt speech. He's not very good at holding himself due to his height and as a result is quite clumsy, frequently bumping over things. Once he does manage to become close to someone, he is loyal, clingy, and generous. He's very much a gentle giant once familiar with someone. Silvio is immensly strong but he hates fighting since he finds it stressful (and also he has terrible coordination), and prefers to observe from the sidelines. He's has little ambition, and doesn't do well in stressful situations.
Silvio is the CEO of a family-owned company that produces skincare products and sex toys. Though he is CEO, he's bad at dealing with the sex toy division of the company since it makes him embarrassed, so he prefers to do admin work and work with the skincare division of the company. He's extremely fond of cute things, especially Sanrio characters like Kuromi and My Melody, and keeps a lot of Sanrio merchandise in his house.

Silvio grew up in a wealthy and priviledgeed family through the success of their skincare and sex toy business. On top of being shunned by other children due to his family status, he has always been an introverted individual, and grew up with few friends. His only comfort were the cute plushes that he received from his mother and they became comfort items he would rely on for companionship. He was always intimidated by the people he would encounter at gatherings and parties his father would host with his business partners. This put him off of ever considering inheriting the family business. Silvio was a small and scrawny child but upon coming of age, he went through a growth spurt and developed into a stereotypical "tall, dark, handsome" character archtype, though his personality never really developed to match it.
Unfortunately for him as an only child, he gave in to the pressure and took over the family business as CEO once his father retired. His father gave him very little instruction after retiring. He's a clumsy CEO, slowly learning how to support his company with the help of his employees. He's become quite close to his employees, having often gone to them for help when trying to figure out his responsibilities. Though he isn't an ambitious person, he tries his very best at any job that's given to him. His employees were endeared to his earnest nature, and he earned their trust and affection. He still struggles in the day to day operations of the company, but he tries his best to live up to his father's expectations.

Silvio's best friend, partner, and fellow boss baby. Due to their mutual love for Kuromi and My Melody, Silvio quickly became attached to the other. Silvio was overjoyed to find someone who not only didn't judge him for his love of cute things, but would join in on his enthusiasm. He's often roped into Shun's plots, but he doesn't mind at all since he's always happy to see Shun get excited and schemey. He's always ready and willing to shell out his credit card for any supplies Shun will need, but also always insistent on making things ✨✨cute✨✨. He adores Shun with every fiber of his being and wants to be their "good boy" forever.
Takayuki is a distant cousin of Silvio's and one of his few playmates as a child. Silvio has always looked up to Takayuki as an older brother. He often gifts Takayuki with new sex toy prototypes at his request.
