1. My designs and art are intended for personal use. To use my designs and art for commercial use, you need to pay extra. This mainly entails merchandise. Using my designs in a game, YouTube, or other streaming service (ex, twitch) can be discussed, those ones specifically will be cheaper/free.
2. They may be altered after purchase (you don't need to notify me), and may be posted elsewhere by the buyer with credit (link to this account and/or credit my furaffinity BombyxLad).
3. You may gift, or trade at any point. Only resell for more than the original cost if more art is added, please.
4. Do not use my character designs to glorify incestuous, or adult and minor relationships (romantic/sexual). (Character recovering from trauma is fine!)
5. (new as of 10/21/22) DO NOT USE MY ART IN NON FUNGIBLE TOKENS, this is the one and only circumstance in which I might revoke characters. (Only applies if the character owner makes the NFTs. If the art is stolen by someone else that's sad and I'm sorry.)
6. (new as of 10/21/22) Please do not delete my designs off toyhouse. This isn't exactly a rule, it just makes things easier so I can keep track of things. If you're leaving the site & taking the characters with you, letting me know would be appreciated.
7. (new as of 10/22/22) Designs with image or character descriptions must have these descriptions remain. They can be edited, shortened, lengthened, moved, etc, so long as they remain in some form. You can remove it from the profile & put into the image caption.

You may purchase the copyrights to one of my artworks for a minimum of $1,000 USD, meaning you can do whatever you want with it (including making merchandise indefinitely). Prices will vary depending on the artwork.
