T.C.’s job is to recruit others for Golden Gryphon Corp. Usually seen at night in the dark, abandoned places, or in night clubs. He will only approach you if you are alone.

T.C. has been working at Golden Gryphon Corp. for a long time, even before the original owner died. He feels bad for Madam Laudine and is very loyal to her

He isnt seen doing anything else except recruiting but he will do anything for a price.
