A temporal anomaly! They seem to be conditionally immortal, much to the despair of everyone they take to relentlessly teasing with answers to the universe then disappearing into thin air. Probably a traveler that got caught between dimensions and they now spend their days opening other holes between dimensions and generally causing chaos for other travelers
Legally classified as a little shit who thrives off of causing mischief. They can always be seen with a big goofy smile on their face, and as devilish as they are sometimes it seems like they really do want to try and cheer people up, or at least get them up and running around after them
