Quite charming cybernetic tinkerer who specializes in selling and installing high-nerve items like hands, genitals and intestines. Does illegal work from his apartment, don't ask where the parts come from. He is technically a ripperdoc, but his expertise and perhaps interests are only directed towards cybernetics and enhancements. Shiv is unlikely to be able to help save anyone's life in a situation where a client is badly damaged, and he does not usually accept recovery jobs.

Generally a bit unhinged and seems to sway from calm and pleasant to unstable with no recognizable trigger. Hard to work with unless you're prepared to ride out his whims. No easily understandable morals, can vote for murder on the first day and save the same person next day. Not necessarily introverted, but enjoys his personal space and time. Enjoys doing work, and is grumpy when he's disturbed when concentrating. Deeply afraid of serious commitment, a bit tsundere regarding romance but on the other end also completely open sexually. Genuinely a bit uninterested in other people, extremely slow to warm up. Can be buddy-buddy with a lot of people but will only let a handful of people in.

Clearly a cyborg, though the shell is organic. Hard to tell apart from a bio-born creatures, but even he seems to have some totally organic pieces left inside his build. Can swap most of his body parts, and a lot of them are not essential for his body to function. Can "take off" his head and plug it into his apartment.
