The other big bad of Gemstone. Kris comes from a very well off family and was raised in wealth. When she developed leukemia in her childhood, her parents were able to invest in experimental treatments that used Gemstone magic and after they cured Kris, she became interested in Gemstones more and when she grew up, she created her own Gemstone facility where she could study magic. Saying she started out with good intentions would be a lie. Kris immediately fell into shady practices within her facility, wanting to find the most effective ways to draw out magic.
Kris is extremely smart and charismatic. She knows exactly how to get what she wants, when she wants it. She's addicted to twitter. She also walks with a cane due to her childhood illness. She only hires hot women at her lab so that she can check them out.
Kris relies on her social class and privilege to get away with what she does in her facility. Even if others realise she's doing terrible things, she's easily able to buy their silence, especially once she hires Asbestos for the ones who won't take money. Her closest confidant is Hazel, a childhood friend turned personal assistant. Hazel is the only one able to get through to Kris when she starts getting caught up and spiraling into ideas.
