BIOGRAPHY

A Jaguar from Bereha, Lyrica has a charmingly mischievous personality, and enjoys teasing the people she cares about. She deeply values interpersonal bonds, and will go out of her way to break the ice with other people, even those who seem like they may not want it. She can be a little bit nosy, and tends to want to know what makes any individual tick.

When Lyrica was in her teenage years, her mother left the desert--a rarity in and of itself--for a reason Lyrica was not privy to, and never returned. Lyrica herself understands how dangerous travelling can be in this world, and can only surmise that something happened to her. While this may lead some to shy away from travel, Lyrica almost feels that it is her destiny to leave too. 

Perhaps without realizing it, Lyrica was deeply affected by the perceived abandonment by her mother. She deals poorly with situations where she feels helpless, and struggles to let mysteries go unsolved. She is far more intelligent than the mask she wears, and in many ways the sort of lackadaisical attitude she takes is a deliberate affectation to encourage others to loosen up and open up. As much as she jokes about her propensity for surviving by the skin of her teeth, the fact that she is so often on the brink of death for the sake of others represents a significant lack of regard for her own life. After all, who is left to miss her if she is gone?

Her mother is dead, and the god she has become cannot love Lyrica the way she would have.

 Design

Lyrica has dark skin, with coily burgundy hair that she generally ties up into two high buns. She has complete heterochromia, and her right eye is a striking gold, and her left is deep brown; she is also polycaudal, and has two tails that connect at the base, both of which have full mobility. She also has jaguar ears rather than human ears, as a result of being a shifter.

Lyrica lives in a desert, so she generally wears clothing that fully covers her body and also maintains a comfortable temperature. As such, she wears loose and breathable fabrics. Her favorite color is red.

When shifted, Lyrica becomes a large burgundy Jaguar, which maintains her heterochromia and polycaudaly.
