Celeste

Celeste is a Synth Pop muzikbot with the power of Musical Empathy. She's partners with Rose Sawyer, another character of mine, and they fight chroma together! Well, at least in theory.

Here's her moveset:
Attack: High Note - Celeste sings a high note and attacks with a physical 'music note'.
Defense: Harmonic Explosion - Celeste releases an explosion of sound that blocks attacks and provides a short defense buff
Support: Share the Song - Celeste gives her allies musical empathy, resulting in a HP buff.
Speed: Tempo Step - Celeste plays a fast song and gets a temporary speed buff.
Special: Pop Boost - Celeste plays a quick tune and her allies all get a temporary stat and power boost.
