A feral sentinel in a forgotten temple, Alberic calls the sacred ruins home and protects them with dedication. He lives alone, but the solitude is welcome when most visitors are as unfriendly as they are unwelcome. He is stubborn and temperamental. He keeps his feelings to himself and they eventually boil over and explode. Outside of his home, he is easy to frighten and quickly takes flight. However, in his nest, he is extremely aggressive and defensive. Those who would intrude to take what belongs to him are met with violent backlash.
With individuals Alberic finds he can trust, he is gentle, sweet, and warm. He is affectionate and doting with his loved ones. Though his anxiety causes him to worry like a mother hen. He is inclined to check on his friends often, and pushes them to take care of themselves. He is willing to go to great lengths to see to it that his family is safe and sound.

- Powerful- Alberic is stronger than any man, and its unwise to face him unarmed.
- Hellfire- when Alberic goes under extreme stress a defensive response is triggered where his body is engulfed in blue fire. This fire will burn wounds closed and push away attackers.
- Empathy- Alberic can sense the emotions of others, towards each other and towards himself.
- Judge- Alberic can see sins through various visual and olfactory cues. Examples are as follows: Blood for murder, A sickeningly sweet smell for adultry or general thottery, golden fingers for thievery, a silver tongue for lies.
Unlike Alberic Chou is very confident in himself and who he is, he’s as stable as the ground beneath our feet. He is reliable and steady, not being known to lose his temper. He’s very relaxed and chill, always ready to keep his cool in a tough situation. Chou loves his friends and family but tends to keep that to himself, expressing affection through subtle actions. He holds grudges though, and can be extremely judgmental. He’s highly critical of the actions of others. He isn’t easily jealous or angered but if his ire is invoked he will hold it against a person for the rest of their lives.
Another source of stability in Alberic's life, remaining calm and clear headed in rough situations. Like Alberic he's also a gargoyle, but he has more experience. Malakai teaches Alberic how to cope with his changes. They didn't get along at first but as time passed He came to understand why Alberic acted the way that he did. Malakai's heart softed and aimed to help his nowfound counterpart find some peace.
