please read through the terms carefully. i reserve the right to refuse any future commissions / requests to buy. this applies to all art commissioned from me and adopts bought from me, but i will be more lenient to transactions that occurred before 1st may 2021, which is when these terms were written

general

credit me on my toyhouse (specifically if uploading to toyhouse)
if on other sites, it's reccommended to check if i'm on there and credit accordingly
the art received / bought should not be edited in any way (especially the signature)
don't claim any art or designs made by me as by you

adopts

minor edits are ok to be applied so long as i am still credited
characters should only be resold at the price it was bought at, unless there's extra art attached
otherwise, designs may be retraded or regifted
sales are final, it is not likely i will offer refunds
