Magikarp (Fallout AU)

personality: Magikarp is a charmer, able to survive in the wasteland using wit and making friends, which is the same reason he managed to get into a vault when the bombs dropped. Friendly to most factions, he always have somewhere to go when needing a roof over his head. Though, it's not only for survival, as he most of the time genuenly cares about people, offering help for little in return and doing what's best for others. A bit flirty and very self confident, but loyal to the people he really believe in.

history: He wasn't caught off guard by the bombs dropping, per-se, since he worked odd jobs in different military bases as a mechanic, well versed in all kinds of pre-war tech. After he woke up in the vault, alone and a man displaced in time, he did his best to what he could to survive. Even though his loyality lays with the railroad, truly believing in the cause, he also work closely with the Minutemen, and does tech-related odd jobs for the Brotherhood. Being a vital part in taking down the institute, he managed to keep peace between the other factions.
