Locksmith Dee was once a fairly normal Waddle Dee with a penchant for learning how to build keys and locks. But one day, someone passed along a skeleton key they'd found while adventuring, and he knew immediately, "This is what I can do!" So he set up shop and started selling keys. He's got heterochromia, with one eye the more common to Waddle Dees' brown, and the other hazel.
