While mischevious, beings who have encountered PHINEAS do not describe its behaviour as malevolent.
INITIAL OBSERVATIONS
Sightings of PHINEAS go back to the dark ages, where it was blamed for poor harvests due to its appetite.
Some gargoyles have been found in the likeness of PHINEAS. The intent of these carvings are unknown.
RECENT REPORTINGS
In times of heavy rain, PHINEAS will disappear and not re-appear until the skies clear and the ground dries.
PHINEAS will often approach hikers in hopes of recieving food.
