Tobias

Tobias is a Solar Punk muzikbot with the power of Bioelectricity Manipulation.  He's a bit of a nerd and very short for a muzikbot, only 2 feet tall.  He currently has no partner but will likely have one when sent to Earth.

Moveset:
Attack: Tobias absorbs some of his opponent's bioelectricity and uses it to shock them, simultaneously jolting and paralyzing them for a split second. (7/10).
Defense: Tobias absorbs a larger amount of his opponent's bioelectricity and uses it to create an electric field around himself which lasts for 1 attack. (3/10)
Speed: Tobias absorbs some of his opponent's bioelectricity, paralyzing them for 10 seconds. (5/10)
Support: Tobias transfers some of his opponent's bioelectricity to one of his allies, giving them a temporary speed boost. (4/10)
Special: Tobias alters the bioelectricity inside of one opponent, causing them to move erratically and take minor damage. (2/10)
