PAYMENT

All adoptibles must be paid for with PayPal, no other methods accepted unless I specify beforehand.

You may not purchase an adopt on behalf of someone who is blacklisted, this will result in both parties being blocked and blacklisted from farther adoptables

Payment is required upfront and must be sent within 24 hours of claiming an adopt. If you are unable to pay please specify and I will relist the adopt. (Ghosting me and being unresponsive will also result in the adopt being released)

Do NOT commit to buying if you cannot pay

After any chargeback, or other payment complications (that automatically refund the money back to your account) I regain the rights to the design, and reserve the rights to resell the design.

DESIGN

You may co-own designs with another person

You may change or edit any character design to your heart's content. This includes gender, species, markings, colour palette, etc! As long as the original design is noticeable.

You must ALWAYS credit me for being the creator of design, even if you have made edits or changed the original design.

Please keep the original file(s) I give you upon purchase of adopt. Please do NOT delete the original file, pass them along when reselling the design.

All designs must stay one character. You may not make "siblings"/ Twin characters from one of my designs with similar aspects/the same pallet. This does not apply to designs with alt pallets, however they may not be sold separately.

RESELLING, TRADES & GIFTING

Feel free to resell, or trade any designs you have purchased  (you do not have to ask)

Do not profit off of my designs, or sell the design for more than you have paid unless it includes extra art that adds onto it's monetary value.

If you are intending on selling, you must wait 7 days after purchase from me before doing so.

You may not sell designs by me that were received in a trade, or a gift. UNLESS you have purchased additional artwork for the design, you may sell for the value = to said artwork purchased.

You may NOT trade or sell one of my designs to someone who is on my blacklist. No exceptions.

You may not add any additional rules when selling or trading one of my designs. (i.e. making someone resell the design back to you, that they can't do x,y, z with the character, etc)

You may not sell or trade my designs on Amino.

DO NOT sell my designs for points, such as DA points, or any other website or game currency.

DO NOT trade/sell/etc to people without a Toyhouse! I would like to keep track of my designs!
