2nd Generation Rocket Experimental Class
Cassius is currently the base subject for the memory manipulation experiments, their qualification to become this subject was due to the very undisclipined nature of the Officer causing much damage to the Sevii Branch.
Due to the nature of these experiments many of His memories are fragmented but kept in tact enough to perform their duties, Cassius can be considered stand offish and unpersonable due to the nature of his memories they are rather defensive and untrustful of their co workers often even malicous against some. Cassius prefers the company of pokemon specifically of the Corviknight line.
Cassius can at times regain memories this often results from them running from rocket, being caught and memories once again wiped.
