She's also a creation of higher gods. She's a very opposite to Shiqu. He ability is creation in general, but never - living objects. The maximum of living she's able to create are plants or trees, so, she usually uses her power to renew old objects. Shenming has very lively and upbeat character, she's just a "no worry" person. 

Higher gods planned her to work with Shiqu in a team to lend peace on their land, and they probably did so, until Shiqu got mad on humanity. So currently they have quite not stable relationships and usually met for somewhat important reasons.
