Design Terms of Use
Sparkywor Global Rules
- Credit for the character design belongs to me, Sparkywor.
- If you make changes to the design, you may note that you have but you still need to credit me as the original creator
- Crediting me must include a link to one of my socials
- You may not resell adopts for more than you recieved them for/for profit
- If you have added to the value of the adopt with commissioned art, you may add that onto the sell price
- You may trade/gift the character since this doesn't turn a profit
- HOWEVER, you may not sell/gift/trade the character to anybody on the blacklist
- You may edit the design
- This does not increase the value of the adopt
- You may make whatever changes you want
- Please refrain from editing my art with the changes, please draw a seperate reference
- I still hold the rights to use my art of any adoptable for promotional reasons, but the rights to the character belong to the purchaser
- Commercial usage of an adoptable is only allowed if you have bought the commercial licence
- Commercial licence must be bought per-character
- If you are unsure whether you have commercial rights or want to buy them after the sale of the character, please contact me
- Commercial usage rights are transferred when reselling the character
- Commercial usage includes but is not limited to character usage in the following: Merch, vtubers, monetized comics/stories/games/books, products, advertising. Essentially, if it generates money/income, you need commercial rights
- Do not put my art or any other images of my adoptables through any AI/machine learning/neural net/image generator technologies.
- This includes art commissioned or created by the purchaser
- No generating AI art through prompts either
- Do not turn adoptables or any art of them into NFTs, or use them in conjunction with any blockchain/crypto technologies
- This includes art commissioned or created by the purchaser
- You must make a reasonable effort to ensure you do not give the rights to this character to anybody on my blacklist
