- More post-story, but playing guitar and writing music. (Don't tell him you know that he occasionally sings sometimes, he will get embarrassed and cry. Ok maybe not cry. But still. He would be embarrassed)

Dislikes
- People who are overly emotional unless he's very close to the person. It annoys and overwhelms him, but he does actually feel bad and tries to help them out if he likes the person
- He himself also hates and refuses showing any signs of weakness emotionally and will probably go somewhere to isolate himself to calm down.
- Disingenuous people
- Changes in plans. Like. A lot. He will PANIC for like maybe 5 mins but it'll be ok! 😭💀😭💀
- "Annoying people". Whatever that means.
Design Notes;
- His right eye (your left) is almost always covered, otherwise he wears an eyepatch.
- The way you draw him is totally up to you! I don't care how masculine or feminine you draw him, I personally just draw him more masculine tho
- The eye-bag things on the outer corner of his eyes I draw on him are optional.
- If you want to draw him in a band shirt... I WILL GO NUTS IN A GOOD WAY 😭 A shirt by any artist in his playlist is okay!
- Feel free to change up the guitar he uses!
- You are more than welcome to colour/dye his hair, give him a haircut, paint his nails, give him makeup or a new outfit, whatever. It's something he'd do! Go have fun with it :D
Trivia;
- The main cell phone his design is based on is the Vertu Signature V.
- so uh. sweats. he's a bit of a celebrity crush amalgamation from when i was like. little until now. His personality influences initially came from Liam Gallagher and John Lydon, but his mannerisms and some of his appearance... coincidentally really lined up also with 90s Tuukka Temonen's in interviews? So sure. Those three are the ones with the most influence on his character.
- Though he's not super big on figures of speech or little phrases, he does really like the phrase "let's rock and roll!" It motivates him to some degree. He's so cringey sometimes and doesn't know it.
- His family surname is in reference to the F1 racer Mika Häkkinen. Similarly, his first name is also after another F1 driver, Valtteri Bottas.
- Post-story he does have a band! He doesn’t care about how famous it is, it’s something he’s wanted to have since he was very little. hence uh. outside of gsmmob he is more of my mascot as we have similar hobbies. (HE IS NOT A SONA!!! He is very much still a character!)
- He probably collects lighters. One of his favourites is one that looks like a little grenade. (i do actually own a grenade-shaped lighter, i don't smoke tho)
- His love for music isn't just because I love listening to music/finding new things to listen to or because I play the same instruments that he does! It partially comes from the fact that the company Vertu does/did make Bluetooth headsets, so I put a bit of a spin on that. The one that comes to the top of my head is the 2006 Vertu Aerius headset.
- I’m not entirely sure if this will cause problems and I will retcon this if it causes anything, as I do not wish for my characters to spark controversy. Val has Klinefelter’s Syndrome (XXY chromosomes). I am interested in genetics, so upon doing some research, I found that some traits and whatnot that he has lined up with some aspects of the syndrome.
