The Winton Manor Guild librarian. Sure, he can be kind of a hermit, but he's surprisingly peppy, too. Because when the library closes, that's when the fun starts.

The user steals the effects of any attempts to use a healing or stat-changing move.

Shadow Claw

The user slashes with a sharp claw made from shadows. 

Critical hits land more easily.

Icy Wind

The user attacks with a gust of chilled air. 

This also lowers the opposing Pokémon's Speed stats.

OTHER:

• Faust is 20 in human years.
• He has two consistent tics- raising his eyebrows all the way up for almost a minute at a time and rolling his fingers. 
• He can play the pipe organ pretty well, and does so before Winton Manor Guild's low-rank mandated bedtime. He does it again when they all wake up for the morning meeting.
• After those Pokemon are asleep, they close their library. A few nights a week, they host a one-man rave and dance the night away on their own.
