Where do u put the color changing code can't figure it out 4 the life of me 😭

I’m late af. Idk if you still need help but this code uses bootstrap colors only. Th places you’ll need to change are “div class="card card-outline-info” ” and “a href="FolderLink" style="font-size:larger;color-info” ”

change “info” only to any bootstrap color. You can find them here:
https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.0/utilities/colors/

if you want custom colors then change the div part to this:
div class="card" style=“border-color:#HEX_COLOR;”

a href part should be changed to this:
a href="FolderLink" style="font-size:larger; color:#HEX_COLOR;"
