- never sell a design for more than its worth. if you got it for free, its worth nothing. if you explicitly pay for art for it, it's only worth the amount you pay for the artwork(s).
- you own all character rights to any of my designs that you own. however, i still reserve some rights to the artwork and design. this doesnt mean i own it, but i created/designed it. i am allowed to use it as an example etc.
- .)you can change the design how ever you want, but please don't redesign until theres no resemblance to the original.
- u may trade, sell, or gift the design to anyone not on my blocklist
- please do not claim the design as your own work - but u can take credit for edits on the design. even if you redesign, please still explicitly credit me as a designer, even if it says "old design by 59mazurkas"
