WINGS Noriel

Noriel is one of Wings' main protagonists, she is 11 years old and a hybrid between an angel and a devil. Noriel lives in a world where everyone has a place and order, Angels have more power and Devils are at the bottom, But what happens when you don't fit anywhere? Noriel's existence confuses everyone just as much as it does her, but she understands her own self worth and it's happy with being just the way she is. Having grown around her sister Kana who taught her to not be pushed around, Noriel is not afraid to stand up for herself.  Noriel longs for the freedom that was taken away from her, she loves nature, open spaces and finds joy in quiet places and playing music. Noriel eventually becomes a very silent and distant person, but she shows her true self around her sister, she lets her hug her and cuddle up, she is happier and more talkative around her and etc!

Noriel loves her sister!! she loves her a lot!!! and she wants to protect her just as much as her sister does for her, but Kana doesn't let her which makes Noriel angry sometimes. And because of her sister's protective nature, Noriel didn't know how other people thought of her for a very long time and the revelation really took a toll on her, that plus the mistreatment that others gave her made her grow resentful and cynical. Noriel wants to be included and to belong with everyone, but her fears and doubts as results from past experiences makes her distance herself and thus harder for her to form any bonds outside of the one she has with her sister. Noriel will react aggressively towards strangers, sometimes even accidentally because of self defense reactions acquired from trauma. Noriel will not hold back on being violent, she's tired of others hiding her away and  mistreating her, she is going to make herself be heard one way or another even if it means taking a couple of risks (to her sister's dismay)
