SELLING / TRADING

• all general trading is permitted!
• 'upselling' (reselling for more than you paid) is permitted, provided you add art to the character first.
• please do not resell a character of mine if you obtained them for free

GENERAL USAGE

• you may use my designs in any capacity you wish! games, stories, roleplays, comics, etc are are all fine.
• you may take inspiration from my designs, providing the end result isn't a 1:1 copy.
• you may alter my designs as you wish, providing the end result is somewhat recognizable as the original design
• you may alter my designs to use them as ocs for canon media
• you may NOT use my designs to promote or otherwise glorify abuse, assault, bigotry, or otherwise discriminatory behavior. 

COMMERCIAL

• you may create merch of my designs, providing you're not using my own art for profit.
• you may use my art in for-profit media (youtube, paid webcomics, etc)
• you may NOT use my designs for NFTs or mass produced merchandise.

NSFW USAGE

• minors are NOT permitted to use my designs in a nsfw context. 
• you may depict my designs in all general nsfw content, including kink. 
• you may NOT use my designs for content depicting pedophilia, incest, or non-consensual sex. i do not consent to having these topics linked to my work.
