Personality: Tenai is a rather soft-spoken creature. Quick to apologize and at times a bit shy, she is a thinker, not a doer. She does what she has to at her job, but often finds it difficult to speak loudly or with any kind of authority; though this doesn't mean she can't occasionally have her moments of attitude or sass, even if they are few and far between. She is a kind and caring individual, who admires her bosses, Reva and Belliel, greatly.

As an empath she has the ability to understand others' emotions, and sometimes influence them, which is often quite handy in her work with customers. She doesn't consider herself a manipulative person, however she is incredibly good at calming down the average irate person when she can focus long enough.

She has a remarkable amount of physical strength as well for a girl her height, however she often tends to forget this in moments of anxiety or panic, and can be somewhat of a klutz.
