Schwarzer

An optimistic and warmhearted individual, Schwarzer is a member of the private military organization, B.L.A.D.E. Highly intrigued by the wonders of planet Mira, this charismatic young man loves exploring this alien planet’s grounds as much as its history intrigues him, and adores its fauna as much as it seems to adore him. His skills as a Pathfinder can be questionable, at times, but there’s no questioning his compassion, devotion, and most of all love for all creatures on this beautiful planet – both for humans and for xenos.

Schwarzer is the kind of person who greets each day with a smile, eager to see what life might have set in store for him, and even more eager to see how much of that he can uncover on his own. Trusting and trustworthy, he welcomes every creature with open arms and an open mindset, striving to bring peace to every one of them. It’ll be hard to find someone more honest or straightforward than he is, because albeit stubborn and idealistic, his philosophy is ‘Understanding each other starts with letting other people trust and understand you’. That being said, that optimism can turn to blind trust very quickly, and he’s prone to gullibility for his carelessness and irresponsibility. His pace may be quick enough to be focused on a change towards the better, but it can also be overwhelming and almost restless to some.

Backstory:

For the longest of time, everyone thought he was an amnesiac because of a mim malfunction - himself included. But no, in truth, Schwarzer is the incarnation of the planet itself – the Avatar of the sentient planet, Mira. Due to a certain turn of events, his empty mim was chosen as Mira’s vessel, as its sword and savior, tasked with protecting the balance of everything who walks the planet and eliminating those who threatens its peace.

Though he’s become aware of that fact recently, Schwarzer prefers not to reveal it to anybody else. He never says anything implying that, but he never says anything against it, either. Secretly taking care to keep the balance on this verdurous planet, he devotes himself greatly to his duty, and will do whatever he can to keep peace in for both humans and indigens.

Pets:

• Alisha (Ruddy Somali)

Alisha is a cat Mathias gave to team Elma as thanks for recuing Aisha. Elma and Lin seem to like the fluffy creature, but Schwarzer’s rank in the household seem to be as a slave to the housecat, and she’s made sure to remind him of that fact daily.

• Telethia (The Endbringer)

The Endbringer is less of a pet and more of a comrade in Schwarzer’s eyes. He keeps his visits to her a secret, but as Mira’s guardian, the Endbringer seems to have developed a mutual relationship with its planet’s Avatar. Her favorite snacks are pizza and fish chips.

Trivia:

• Gets along scarily well with Miran indigens, but seemed to be hated by all human pets.
• Can be ambiguous about his status as Avatar.
• He is Ight-handed, but wears his watch on his right wrist.
• Upon being accepted as BLADE, he cut his hair and added the tattoo. Later on, his hair grows to be much messier than his original one.
• Best friends and fellow wingmen with Gwin.
• Had both Lao and Elma as his mentor, both in combat and in life.
• Has a sweet spot for Lin and regards her a little sister.
• Doesn;t actually excel at sniping, but keeps it to honor Lao's teaching.
