Aidas

Aidas (meaning Echo in Lithuanian), is a Half-Goblin Half-Half-Orc. Sounds a bit confusing, doesn't it? Essentially, she's 1/2 Goblin, 1/4 Human, and 1/4 Orc. Her mother is a Goblin and her dad is a Half-Orc.

While she received her mother's looks, she inherited her father's strength, being stronger than almost all other Goblins her age, and even many older ones. For as long as Aidas can remember, her family has been poor, though thankfully never in debt. In an attempt to combat this, Aidas planned to use her somewhat surprising strength to good use and join "The Golden Dawn", a group of strong persons capable of great heroic feats. To do this, she must first join the military and become a Guard, then work her way up the ladder.

However, as you may have been able to guess, she was turned away almost immediately. They refused her on the base that, according to Kingdom Law, anyone that was more than 1/8 Goblin wasn't allowed to become a Guard. Aidas wasn't distraught for long however. She decided if she couldn't become a Guard, she'd be an adventurer, and become so strong they'd rewrite Kingdom Law just to try and recruit her.

A short while after starting her journey however, strange things began to happen. Often would she feel pains in her chest and have a strange urge to puke something out of her. Not food, but something else entirely. One day, when walking from one town to another same as many days before, almost everything in her vision had a blueish tint to it. The pain in her chest grew and grew until finally stopping. The few companions she travelled with would later go on to say a soft blue light began to emit from her eyes and mouth, until finally a semi-translucent, blue, near perfect copy of her stepped forward.

She found she could control it quite well with her mind alone, having it attack, defend, and even appear and disappear at will. At that moment, her goal to join The Golden Dawn was set aside while she tried to figure out what the hell this weird... "Echo" of her was.
