key: You- The buyer/current owner(s) of the design the design- The character/adopt/adoptable that is/was purchased from me (referred to as "it") On hold- When I, the seller, is requested to reserve the character for the buyer feature- A quality from the design that does not include the art style (examples include, but not limited to: colors, accessories) We- I, the seller and you, the buyer

•do not resell the adopt for a higher price unless it comes with 2+ art pieces •credit me for the design (Jamboree) and the basemaker if I use one •redesigning the adopt is okay as long as you keep a feature or two from the previous design •I don't do refunds! •Co-ownership is okay, but I am not to be held responsible in cases where scamming or any other dispute may occur, that is between the owners of the design •You may change the designs' species (such as drawing it as a human/furry/feral/crocodile/whatever) •If you need the design to be put on hold for you in order to get the payment needed, the maximum time that it can be reserved for is 2 weeks. This time may be extended, however, the maximum chances for extensions is 2 times. •If my post specifies that the design is not to be requested for holds, then do not ask for it to be put on hold for you
