has 2 moms, lily and kandi, lily lives far away due to mix of health/finacial reasons

jacket was given to her by lily, almost never takes off because it smells like her (wont even let kandi wash it unless it gets super dirty)

cosettes pretty lost fashion wise (occasionly makes a good choice tho) so kandi helps her pick most of her cloths. kandi got her the belt and collar, and the pins where made by her or gifted from friends
