hes a ghost lol he died at his birthday when someone pranked him by faceplanting him in his cake (very unfortuante, the cake was hard as a brick) and now he haunts the birthdays of other ppl thru their birthday cakes but he really just wants to have a happy time with ppl (but typically winds up scaring them away lol poor guy)
when people light their birthday candle on their cake the flame will turn blue, that's how you know he's there.
