📝 Chamelecon (Transmetal)

Chamelecon's excitement over her new frame is short-lived once she learns of Terrorsaur's death.  After he dies, something in her changes, something snaps.  She becomes almost unrecognizable, both in personality and appearance.

Chamelecon becomes more wreckless, more ruthless.  Where before she was full of life--mischievous and playful--she now is violent, angry, her sense of self-preservation as good as gone as grief drives her; this would be useful, if only Megatron could point that in the direction of the Maximals.  Unfortunately, her sense of allegiance, or what little she had, is also gone.  Megatron increasingly finds her harder and harder to control, as she frequently shirks his commands and picks fights with other Predacons, and he's starting to think that she has worn out her usefulness.

Chamelecon resents being brought to this planet, resents this war that Megatron started, because now it has cost her, and she loses hope as things continue to drag on.  Before, she operated on the assumption that this squabble would play out, this situation was only temporary, and that she would return to her life on Cybertron soon enough.

Occasionally, small glimmers of her old self shine through.  She still enjoys tormenting others for her own amusement at times.  It can help her forget.  But what used to be pranks have now been tinged with a much crueler undertone.
