Leopold belongs to the group of three aquatic anthros who get by selling counterfeit watches and special "brownies". The group of three often spar with the Bird Mafia.

Leopold is the main negotiator of the group and brings in the most income by selling counterfeit watches. He's the most serious of the group, and has taken the position as boss due to his air of superiority and confidence. He also acts as the financer and often bribes the same people as the Bird Mafia to keep their large income hidden as to avoid taxes.
