CHIYOKO

Chiyoko and Toshinori are distant relatives. She was born many years before All might even existed, near the start of when quirks started appering. Both her parents or any other relatives hadn’t gotten quirks while the rest of society had a huge increase. But when Chiyoko got their quirk, their whole family basically ostracised her for having one, except for some her siblings. In their family they were quite agaisnt quirks and their usage, ever since people started getting them, society started collapsing. So her getting one started the unease between Chiyoko and her family. Chiyoko developed quite a complex quirk for being one of the first generations. A small set of armour and a sword and sheild. Her mother would often berate her for having this quirk and often neglect her over their other siblings. Often her older siblings had to take care of her.

There was a lot chaos in society and a lot villains and vigilantes were going around. Unfortunately there was a massive villain attack at one point and Chiyoko got trapped in between it all. During this event a villian had a quirk that could turn people into marble looking statues and while Chiyoko was hiding he found her and made her into marble. Then afterwards a bigger, more destructive villain had massacred the area where the attack happened. The whole place got reduced to rouble and such, so it was kind of left how it was because there was no use in rebuliding that area again. With this Chiyoko got buried underneath and later marked as deceased, because they couldnt find her.

Decades later All might had a fight with a villain on the same grounds where Chiyoko had been buried peviously. During the fight Rouble got shifted and uncovered her a bit. Later on when All Might was looking for any survivors anywhere in the area, he did find a strange statue of a crying child. Somehow touching the figure, Chiyoko woke her up from her marble sleep. All might is baffled by this as he didnt really expect a kid to pop out of the marble. Later from trying to find her parents throught the police system, he found out that she was the one kid they couldnt find in the villain attack that had happened years ago and he relized they were related. Though he was hesitant to take Chiyoko into his care, he was the only family she had left and he didnt want to put them through the hard system of adoption, right after waking up from however many decades they had slept through.

So All Might decided to adopt Chiyoko as his own child and take care of them. Due to being in a frozen state for so long Chiyoko had to be put through physical therapy and learn how to use her bdy again. But now Chiyoko and Toshinori live together as a happy family. Well thats what Chiyoko thinks, she doesnt know of the darker things that lurk in All Mights past and future...

she can create armour, similar to old samurai armour,and a small katana sword, along with an old style shield to go with it. She doesn't know how to use it exactly as its only tiggered out when she's scared or afraid of something. So most of the time when shes using it shes crying, as using her qurik kind of makes her feel clautrophobic at the same time, so her quirk and the thing scaring her is very overwhelming for her. In recent times Toshinori has been helping her try to use it and master it, after he started training Deku. He haddn't tired much before, because it was kind of overwhelming for him, too, because he mastered OFA so quickly. But after he started training Deku he realized things arent always as simple as they were for him.

They can play the piano decently as their mother insisted they learn it. Her mother thought maybe it would distract from the fact that Chiyoko now had a quirk and they wouldn't use it. It distract her, but she would still involuntarily use her quirk from time to time. Chiyoko enjoys playing piano, even after her mother forced her to. She told Toshinori one day that she could play, he didnt really belive her, but he got her a cheap small piano anyways and was very surprised when she started playing a little ballad. After that he invested in a more sturdy piano and a teacher so they could keep practicing playing.

Her and her siblings used to play the game a lot as a way to hide Chiyoko and some of her other siblings away from her mother when she had one of her anger fits. They became quite good at playing the game, it even helped her when she had to hide from a villain attack but not for too long though.
