Standard rules are that you can't resell them for more than you got them unless you make or commission more art for the character.

Standard rules:
Don't resell for more than you bought it without extra art (you can create art for them yourself or commission but be reasonable and go with the prices that you do/would do for commissions)

You can redesign all you want but if the design is closed species abide by the rules of the species
Would love if you asked me questions on what you can do with them and what you can't instead of just assuming since I can't think of anything else to put here :P
