ok so this is pearlicy, hes a mad scientist, creator of all worm on strings. no one knows where he came from except his closest friends, you have to level up a lot of freindship to earn his backstory. 

hes very loopy and tries to be kind to his patients, but his definition of kind is a lil busted~

the strings transform him and all of his children when tugged on, like one of those mouse toys that vibrates when you pull its tail,
