About
An energetic, young xaela of the Dhoro tribe with a penchant for mischief and an unending desire for adventure.
Rhaegar is a charismatic, outgoing xaela man that tries to make friends with damn near anyone that crosses his path. He travels the world, determined to see all of Eorzea's most beautiful spots and cultures. Having grown up in a very sheltered environment, he may come off a little naive, but he is trying his best to learn the ways of the world that was denied to him for so long. Rhaegar loves people. So much so, that anyone who bothers to give him a second glance and maybe offer a smile will find an incredibly loyal, kind friend in the young Au ra.
Although some may find his inexhaustible font of energy a little intimidating, if not downright obnoxious, Rhaegar typically backs off as soon as he's told. He realizes his personality is much too boisterous for everyone to enjoy and as such, he takes a step back when prompted to. He is an opportunist though, and at the first sign that his chipper attitude is welcome, he will stay around for as long as he can.
Personality
Curious
Rhaegar is infinitely curious, chatty and very social. He will literally try and do just about anything just to try it out, no matter how silly or even dangerous it might be. He quite enjoys being the center of attention and will often do pretty much anything to entertain others.
Lively
There seems to be an infinite well of inexhaustible energy fueling the xaela. Rhaegar tends to be all over the place, attention jumping from one thing to another, regardless of how trivial it may seem. He does not shut up, ever. This may lead some of the more laid back people to find him annoying, if not downright obnoxious.
Challenging
Rhaegar puts himself in terrible situations because it 'seemed fun at the time'. He's confident and unafraid to challenge those twice as big as him, even though it may not always lead towards victory. He does not back down and this leads him to all kinds of trouble, but life has not yet put a wall in front of him.
Opportunistic
Rhaegar lives in the now. He doesn't think ahead, doesn't plan and doesn't consider the consequences of his actions. He hates being idle and since he seems to never run out of energy, his opportunistic tendencies often give way to stupid, stupid dangerous ideas.
Observant
Rhaegar is easily excitable and tends to be very disorganized, if not clumsy at times. His focus tends to stray quickly and this leads many of his peers to think him simple-minded. However, he is quite observant and when he sees someone struggle, he's capable of displaying incredible empathy towards those who need it.
Doubtful
With how chatty and energetic Rhaegar is, there are bound to be people who push him away for it. When this happens, especially if met with hostility, Rhaegar tends to withdraw into himself and becomes very conscious and doubtful of his personality.

- Zero fashion sense. He wears what he's given, the only times he does wear nice outfits is when someone else picked them out for him.
- Adores birds, no matter their size. He will 100% try to make friends with any bird he sees.

X'ara
best friend
Rhaegar and X'ara are unlikely friends, despite their vastly different personalities. They both know each other's family issues and tend to put such topics aside in favor of spending quality time together in a space void of judgement and filled with unconditional trust. They bicker, wrestle and tease each other on the daily, but it never goes past a point where things turn serious.
Tailen
best friend
Tailen and Rhaegar have an almost symbiotic relationship. Where Tailen is often the voice of reason and the person who helps Rhaegar calm down in times of need, Rhaegar is the one who helps the blonde open up, be more spontaneous and less afraid of the world out there. Although Tailen doesn't travel as much as Rhaegar does, the redhead always pays a visit when he's in town.
