basement2's TOS

- Do not make anything related to nft or ai art with my designs.

- Do not steal, take heavy reference/inspo or trace my designs.

- For designs purchased in USD/es currency, only resold for the same amount you got the design for. If u paid extra for art, you can only resell for the base + added value of the design excluding personal/gifted art.

- For traded designs, can only be retraded or gifted.

- no commercial use unless stated. That includes making merch/vtubing. For everskies, do not make sets/items based on the design.

- Do not make a new open or closed species with my designs without my permission. You can turn my non-cs designs into cs so long as you cooperate with the cs rules.

- Changes to the original design is allowed so long as it is recognisable from the original design with the same colour palette.

- Give credit to basement2 on everskies/toyhouse when crediting.

- Do not make 2 profiles of the same character on my main basement2. I highly encourage to keep one profile and if need be, credit my alt ionorchardb2 instead.

- Do not delete my character profiles without informing me

- Only resell/retrade after a 14 day cooldown (excludes gifting) I will warn you before the I strike you but after 3 strikes I will blacklist you.

- The maximum deadline for owed art is 3 months for my for my designs. If the art is not done by 3 months I have a right to take off the design from pending and either resell/retrade it. The exception to this is art owed together with a payment plan longer than 3 months, in which it will be due on the payment plan's deadline instead.

- Ocs will be set on pending until the full debt has been paid. you are not allowed to get commisions or use the oc that you have not paid fully for.

- Please do not edit the original art of the design with the intention of changing the design in the art, please get permission from me.

- If you are proven to have scammed (includes tracing art for comms/trade), support/sell AI adopts or support/perpetuate hateful and harmful behaviours you are not allowed to own my designs.

- If you break all this rules you will be added to my blacklist. Blacklisted users are not allowed to own my designs and do not trade/sell my designs to them.
