NOODLEMOOZE CHARACTER PERMISSIONS

• Payment will only be done threw Paypal. Just send me the payment email you want to use and after that I will send an invoice. I will not accept payments made by customers to my email (because then it doesn't have all the info about the transaction/character I would like to see, it will get very confusing after a while since I can't remember who paid for what)

If you're worried about Paypal showing your real name (or deadname), don't worry, my customers irl names are 100% confidential and will stay between me and them no matter what.  
I will only refer to you by your username or other preferred name!

Before buying a character designed by me (NoodleMooze) :

• Please read ALL of my global rules before buying my designs!

NOTE : Pay special attention to each characters own permissions. There might be rules that only apply to some specific designs.

 After buying a character designed by me (NoodleMooze) :

•Please DO NOT edit art pieces done for that character without permission, especially if the art is 100% done by me.  
If the artpiece is done by another artist you must ask them for permission. 
If it's done on a P2U base you must ask permission from the base maker and me (since I can't be sure if the base maker would allow anyone who doesn't own the base to even edit finished pieces made with it) 

But if all is good and you make edits to the art pieces you must keep the original ones at hand somewhere, the original pieces MUST stay with the character.
Also you cannot fully claim the design/artwork. You can only claim the edits you did and always credit the original artist too.

• Do not heavily edit my character designs without asking me (NoodleMooze), minor edits like adding/removing small markings are ok (design edits must be done on a new reference sheet, not edit already existing ones unless given permission)
But all alternate versions (no matter how different) must stay with the said character if you sell/trade/give the character away. You may not keep or sell any alternate designs, they go with the original.

• No species bending, gender bending is ok <3

• Do not sell the character for more than what you bought it with if there is no added value like art, fursuits, badges, plushies ect. 

• ⇧ Same goes for traded/free characters ⇧, if you didn't pay anything for the character, don't ask for money when you are giving it away (that includes vouchers). Unless added value after the trade and even then the price should be only of the added value.

• It is final and you can not ask for a refund after payment.

• PLEASE CREDIT ME ( atleast once in a while :'< ) FOR THE DESIGN WHEN USING THE OC, for a small artist like me it really means the world to me <3 thank you!

If you break any of these terms, you will be added to my public blacklist. 
I do not condone any harassment towards the people on that list, but I will not be responsible for any damage it might cause for your reputation.

My terms of service are open for everyone to read at any time before you make a decision to offer for my characters.  
If you do not agree with them, please do not offer.

 If you "didn't know where to read them" or "forgot to read them" it will not affect anything. Because the second you try to go to my profile there is a mandatory warning that says to read it, if you choose to ignore that...it is simply not my fault.
