Dust

Dragon shapeshifter that can appear as human! He has a lot of desert-themed background to his design.

He is a warrior, the main weapon being his spear that he has crafted by his own two hands, the blade being a sharpened tooth of his that has fallen out. Aside from being a warrior of the dunes, he gladly works to guide anyone less experienced about survival through the desert as their guide. He's loyal to his city which he resides, taking a part in its culture as a glassblower's assistant every now and then and finding joy teaching all kinds of things to local kids like battle cries and self-defense techniques. As well as playing basketball with them!

He's a social being in his human form, but as a dragon, Dust is more or less the only one of his species around that desert area. He is assigned by his gods to protect the city and its ancient relic that resides in a web of underneath catacombs. He is loyal to both his god and this task.

His shapeshifting abilities aren't known to the people in the city, but as a dragon, he is a well-known legendary protector sent by their gods to fend off bandits and other attackers or shady figures so they can live in peace.

As a dragon, he has 3 forms that each grants him unique abilities that his human forme doesn't.

• Landshark: Wingless version with huge spines on his back. This form allows him to bury and dig through the sand with ease.
• Sandstorm: Instead of huge spines there's now a pair of wings, allowing flight and abilities such as using the magnetic field for navigation like a pigeon.
• Tempest: Allows Dust to summon an elemental storm. Gains control over wind in a radius of max 120 ft (or about 35 meters) and turn sand into glass inside his mouth. Those can be then used as projectiles and shields.
