Profile
Brazen, inquisitive and reckless; Xiu is a cobalt spirit of temerarious curiosity. Often seen in the company of his watchful, coy sibling Morpho 7717; whom surveys the exuberant Xiu with bemusement. Untamed by the bends and wills of common desire- his own thoughts tip over the edge of wisdom and push onwards with blind ignorance, beyond forest, mountain and cleft oceans alike. Such curiosity leads him to bold, often audacious ventures with little regard for common practicality, judgement and deed- oftentimes depicting him in an inane light.
Upon such ventures do wings dusted of starlight swathe a rich sea of sapphire, cobalt and shadow. Turned towards the stillness of the eve, tenebrous- yet welcoming with a cool flicker of fiery energy. Disrupting this visage of shimmering azure seeps the augmentation of reddened warmth; radiating an internal glow between the juts of a blackened maw- perhaps the only allusion of the Harpia's temperament from the veiled sanctuary of a distant glance.
Wondrous, curious- and unafraid to seek the gradual incline of the sloping sun as it vanishes from sight at the close of each sanguine day. For naught, does the seraph donned in cobalt follow the twist and turns of the moon and nocturne's path of peregrination; drawing solace in the idle glow of lunar light, shrouding the landscape in a haunting silken pallor-- Yet ever seeking more.
