Ikitaavi is a man humbled by the world and his own circumstances. Having awakened in a hot desert with no memory of who he was before or who he was supposed to be now, he wandered the world in search of answers, valiantly following the voice of an entity he didn’t even have a name for, urging him to protect a peculiar party of strangers.
The same party that would become family to him, so very dear that the tiefling would eventually make the greatest sacrifice for them, giving his life in order to save theirs. And yet, the cleric still stands, returned to life via some sort of a deal with his god. The difference now is that he remembers and the concept of death lingers ever stronger around him.
- Taavi is blind in his left eye (he does not know/remember how he lost sight in that eye). Whenever he uses his Eyes of the Grave feature, it is the blind eye that lights up and allows him to see past the world of the living.
- He has a number of ‘summoning’ spells at his disposal. All of his summons are spectral, jade colored animals. (example: Spirit Guardians summons hummingbirds. Insect Plague summons scarabs. Summon Celestial brings around a spectral eastern dragon, etc.)
- He does not know how to swim. Most of the time he does remember of his life, he’s spent in a desert and as such, he never needed to learn how to swim. He’s fearful of deep water.
- Terrified of losing his memory again, now that he knows it happens pretty much every time he is reincarnated.
