Regulus

Regulus is in full belief that he is the most superior being in the continent of Nyria, potentially even the world. This is because of what he does in his floating castle. He is the Book Keeper, and as that implies, he keeps the books. He sees and records every major event that occurs. He has a servant, who is also an eternal being and owes their life to him. They are forever indebted to Regulus. He treats them like trash or simply doesn’t acknowledge their existence although they do so much for him. They constantly bring him his fancy tea and are constantly finding and bringing back to him books that appear all over the floating island. These books contain the events that Regulus deem unimportant and even show up blank on a rare occasion but Regulus is unaware. He tosses the books that he himself did not write into an ever expanding storage site.

Regulus has a strong affinity for magic, which allows him to do what he does and keep his castle afloat but his magic cannot cast new spells instantaneously. His magic lingers and does whatever it was cast to do indefinitely. It slowly drains from his magic reserves to keep itself going. It continues as such until he removes it, but it takes just as long to remove as to cast.

Regulus is hardly seen outside of his castle. If any beings need him, they must climb to the highest peak of the Kulzai mountain range then manage to fly from there to wherever his castle is from there. His castle travels in a loose counterclockwise circle around the peak, following the path of the sun.
